30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any item for a refund. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In the original packaging (if applicable)

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, email us at support@kalanishop.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Return Shipping

For domestic orders (USA), we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

Want a different size or color? Email us at support@kalanishop.com to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a full replacement or refund at no cost to you — no return required.
