Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and, if necessary, reship your order or issue a full refund.
