Cancel an order
Email hello@kalanibrands.com with your order number as soon as you can. If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full to your original payment method. If it has already shipped, you can return it within 30 days under our Refund & Returns Policy.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for them to appear, as your bank may need extra time.
