You can cancel your KALANI VIP Club membership at any time. There's no fee to cancel and no special wording needed.
Cancel in the Member's Portal
- Open the Member's Portal.
- Enter the email address you joined with.
- Choose to cancel your membership.
You'll get an email confirming the cancellation. You won't be charged again after you cancel.

Write to hello@kalanibrands.com from the email address you joined with and ask us to cancel your VIP Club membership. We'll cancel it within 1 business day and email you to confirm.
